Ingredients
12 quetches
2 yellow plums
1 turn of Timur berry mill
Crumble :
35g of white sugar
25g of panela sugar
50g butter or margarine
30g of almond powder
35g flour
1 turn of Timur berry mill
Etapes
Cut up the plums and mix them with 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Place mixture in small ramekins.
Mix all ingredients for the crumble and form coarse pieces with your fingers.
Divide over the fruit in the various ramekins.
Bake at 180ºC for 25-30min.
