Ingredients
240g cooked white and red beans
150g of button mushrooms
90g of oatmeal
1 small onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 pinch of thyme
1 pinch of rosemary
2 tbsp Cook's Spices smoked paprika
salt/pepper

Blend the oats finely and set aside in a bowl.
In a blender, add the drained beans, mushrooms, garlic, onion and spices and blend.
Add this mixture to the oatmeal and mix.
Make 14 dumplings and fry them in sizzling oil for 15 minutes (turning them 2 or 3 times, no more!)
