600g Mussels
Dill
Mustard (Old-style)
20cl White wine
100g Butter
1 Shallots
1 Small Onion
Preparations

Melt a spoon of butter in a wok or normal pot, add shallots and onions Add the mussels, stir, cover Add the Wine, stir, cover Add the dill, stir, cover Add the mustard, stir, cover Make sure most of the mussels are open before you serve
