Ingredients
380g of white beans
4 eggs
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 clove of black garlic
salt flower
Kampot pepper

In a blender, blend undrained white beans until creamy.
Divide the cream of bean soup among 4 ramekins. Break an egg on top of the ramekins. Add a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper. Finally, add a pinch of black garlic per ramekin.
Cook the eggs in a bain-marie for 12-15 minutes (the egg white must start to coagulate).
Enjoy it hot!
