Ingredients
100g of shiitake mushrooms
1 zucchini
1 tbsp of red curry paste
200ml coconut or soy cream
1/2 citron
1 clove of garlic
1 onion
150g of rice
20ml of rice vinegar
cébetteblack sesame
peanuts
Etapes
Cut the shiitake mushrooms into thin slices. Slice the onion and spring onion and chop the garlic.
Slice the zucchini into half slices.
In a wok, fry the onion in a little oil for 5 minutes. Then add the mushrooms, zucchini and garlic and fry again for 5 minutes.
Then add the cream, curry powder, salt and pepper.
Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the rice. Once drained, add the rice vinegar and black sesame.
Serve your curry with vinegared rice and sprinkle with peanuts and spring onions
