1 grated croissant for an anti-gaspi recipe
1 tsp fig jam
1 figue
goat cheese
romarin
emmental
miel

Slice the croissant lengthwise.
Spread with fig jam.
Slice the fig and goat cheese.
Overlap the slices in the crescent.
Add a drizzle of honey and a little rosemary.
Sprinkle with Emmental cheese and bake for 10 minutes at 160ºC.
Enjoy with a green salad
