Ingredients
100g of green lentils
500g of passata with basil
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of unrefined sugar
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp of sweet pepper
1 tbsp of herbes de Provence
salt/pepper
olive oil
Etapes
Rinse the lentils and cook them for 25 minutes in four times their volume of water, then drain them well.
Chop the onion and garlic and fry in olive oil. Add the passata, sugar and spices.
Simmer for 10 minutes, then add the lentils and simmer for another 20 minutes.
Add the herbs of Provence, salt and pepper and enjoy with tagliatelle with Espelette pepper
